![]() ![]() Forgot to say i can not go on any theme park rides that are all over the place. Yeah i get you good thing i am not like the rest of The PC Gamer's i do not whine about things or think i am entitled like the rest i just like to know there are other was to get more FOV in a game like INI/Config File's or a Hex editor any way because motion sickness does not make things fun. The "this problem doesn't effect me so anyone it does effect is dumb" type of people. The amount of times I've been called entitled, whiny, to just suck it up, etc - that's what I was sarcastically referring to in the last paragraph. Trying to explain this concept to people on the internet though, man. ![]() As someone who is also very much effected by first impressions, at that point I often just decide not to play the game entirely and just get it refunded. It SUCKS, especially if I forgot to look at PCgamingwiki to confirm FOV adjustment is supported, because now I gotta hunt down whether you need an ini file, a hex editor, or some other mod - a task that doesn't THAT long, but when you're sitting down to game after a long day, eager to try a new title, nothing kills the buzz faster than wasting time finding a solution to a problem that is so stupidly unnecessary. With my living space, which allows for little flexibility in terms of viewing distance, then I can hardly last 20 minutes without needing to vomit. If there's no FOV adjustment in the UI and the default is egregiously distorted due to misalignment with my own eyes' FOV. And yeah, as someone who also suffers from pretty severe motion sickness, I totally feel you. ![]() Sorry, I guess I didn't make the /S noticeable enough. FYI i am one of the people who get motion sickness and its not fun on any thing that flies like planes or sails like boats or runs on tracks like trains or four wheels like cars or bus's a friendly word of advice thats all. We do not whine its because of motion sickness because console players site further back from the screen and PC players are close to the screen so its not a whine maybe the persons gets motion sickness all i am saying is do not judge a book by its cover that's all just a friendly word of advice all so we can not site back any further then a office chair lets us and why would we even down grade a good screen its just more money to spend. s on that last part, if it wasn't clear. Why are PC gamers SO entitled and picky, anyways? Besides, the FOV was for "artistic purposes," and DEFINITELY not to save on FPS for console players who typically game on TV anyways in a setting where sitting distance is probably reasonable enough for most gamers. That, or you could, I dunno, sit further from your display or just go out and buy a smaller display. ![]() It's USUALLY a relatively straightforward and easy fix. If you’re more concerned about the single player though, you can check out a chunk of footage from the campaign through here.Ĭall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War launches for PS5, Xbox Series X / S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 13.Originally posted by Akorn1987:Yeah.
